This Home Care service is available exclusively to homeowners who sign a contract and proceed to settlement.

Annual home care service includes：

• Exterior Cladding Cleaning (excluding roof)- Keeps your home looking pristine appearance.

• Gutter Cleaning (excluding roof) - Removes any debris to prevent blockages.

​

• Garage Door Maintenance - Regular checks tracks & rollers, springs, hinges & bearings, door panel, weather seals, mortor & control system, screws & fasteners to ensure smooth operation.

• AC (Indoor & Outdoor) Servicing - Cleaning and maintenance to improve efficiency and prolong the life of your air conditioning system.

The service provider will be solely appointed by Legendary Homes. The final right of interpretation belongs to Legendary Homes.
